Conditions of Contract

When you accept a reservation, 100% of the agreed amount must be paid in order to make it effective.
You will have free cancellation up to 48 hours before the date of the event. After that date there will be no right to a refund of the amount accepted in your booking.

Extensions of the contracted service due to additional transfers and/or delays of the clients, delays of flights, trains or other means of transport beyond our responsibility will result in the invoicing of additional transfers and/or overtime.

Extensions of the contracted service due to additional transfers and/or delays of the clients, delays of flights, trains or other means of transport for which we are not responsible, will result in the invoicing of the additional transfers and/or overtime.

When the contracting party has not communicated the specific and concrete times and places for pick-ups and departures 48 hours in advance and/or does not show up at the places, day and time specified for pick-ups and departures for reasons beyond our responsibility, their reservations will be considered cancelled and without the right to any refund.

Extensions and alterations caused and notified by the contracting party less than 48 hours in advance for the provision of the contracted transfers, as well as the failure to set a specific pick-up time, modification of timetables, arrivals, departures and/or modification of routes and any other circumstance beyond our responsibility, will give rise to the invoicing of the extra expenses generated and their provision will always be subject to availability, and it may be the case that it is not possible to provide the service. In this case, your reservations will be considered cancelled and without the right to any refund.

Failure to pay these extra payments generated and communicated after the deadline by the contracting party will result in the cancellation and cancellation of the provision of services that may be pending.

The paid and confirmed reservations will always be subject to availability of Transfer San Sebastian, and if necessary, we will proceed to the notification and partial or total cancellation of the confirmed reservation.

In this case, the total or partial refund of the money paid for the reservation will be made, not giving rise to any other claim on the part of the contracting party.

This contract shall be governed by Spanish law. For all matters directly or indirectly related to this contract, both parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the Basque Country.

Payment terms and conditions

We offer you 3 methods of payment:

1- Bizum: no additional cost (only if you have a bank account in Spain)
2- Bank transfer (no extra charge)
3- Credit card: Secure credit card payment gateway via link (subject to a 2% bank commission on the total amount of the booking)
